Do you ship outside the US? You should be aware that international shipping is offered to over 50 countries, but delivery times may be longer than domestic shipping due to customs and other delays. Additionally, please note that once a package is shipped internationally via DHL or USPS, it will be handed over to your local post office for actual delivery. My refund amount is short. I paid $$$ for the item. This would normally happen when a customer uses a discount code. The system automatically refunds only the amount we charge for the item. The shipping fee is not included.

The discount code is not working. A code may have expired, or may only be able to be used once. It's also possible your purchase didn't fulfill the requirements of the code, such as spending a certain amount. You sell third-class relics on your store. I thought selling relics are forbidden in the Catholic Church? It's important to note that selling first and second-class relics is strictly forbidden in the Catholic Church as per the Code of Canon Law (CIC 1190 §1). This applies to all authentic relics of saints. However, it is permissible to sell third-class relics. A third-class relic is an item that has been touched to a first, second, or another third-class relic of a saint or a holy object associated with a saint. These items are permitted to be sold by the Catholic Church. It's important to be aware of these distinctions when selling or purchasing relics as they are considered sacred items within the Catholic faith.

My Holy Water bottle did not come with Holy Water? The Catholic Church has long prohibited the practice of simony, which involves the buying or selling of spiritual goods or services for personal gain. This includes the sale of blessed items, such as holy water, which is seen as a violation of the Church's teachings on the proper use of spiritual blessings. While the Church does not forbid the distribution of blessed items, it does prohibit the commercialization of spiritual goods or services. Therefore, selling blessed items or exchanging them for money or other material benefits would be considered a violation of Catholic teachings.
