What is the status of my order?

How long does it take to receive an order once I place it?
Most items are shipped within 1 - 3 business days, however, certain specific items are special ordered and may take longer to arrive. To find out the status of your order, please see our Order Status page.

Would you send me a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a mail order catalog at this time. If there is a particular item you are looking for, please email us at Info@DiscountCatholicStore.com.

Can I shop at your store? Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are not a "brick and mortar" storefront that is open to the public. We are strictly an internet business. By keeping our operating expenses down we can offer competitive prices for Catholic merchandise. If you live in or near Marshville, NC and would like to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs, please email us at Info@DiscountCatholicStore.com and we will make arrangements to accommodate your request.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, PayPal and more.  We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Can you ship my order Overnight or 2nd Day?
Yes, on the first check out page there are various Rush Order options to choose from. Rush Orders placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day while Rush Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day. Rush Order service is only available to continental US destinations.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept orders from all countries.

How much is shipping?
In an effort to keep shipping costs down, shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of the items ordered. You will be able to view the shipping cost for your order before reaching the payment page.  

Do you ship via the United States Post Office or UPS/Fed Ex? I need to know because I don't have a mail receptacle at my street address and UPS/Fed Ex won't deliver to my PO Box.
It depends upon the item. All RUSH ORDERS are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS so a street address is necessary for an Overnight or 2nd Day order. For non-rush orders, it depends upon the particular item. The BEST thing to do is to put BOTH your street address AND your PO Box address in the shipping address section on the check out form. There are 2 lines for "street address" - put your street address in one of those boxes and then put your PO Box address in the other box. See example below.

Do you sell wholesale?
We are a retail corporation so we do not sell wholesale, however, if you want to order in large quantities, please email us at Info@DiscountCatholicStore.com or call us at (888)664-1123.  

Can I pay by check or money order?
We accept Checks & Money Orders from US customers only.
On the check out page, you will be given different payment options, simply choose the "Mail In Check or Money Order" option.  After placing the order online you will receive an email instructing you to send your payment to:

We will hold your order until we receive payment.  Personal checks takes 2 weeks to clear.  Money orders and checks from institutions (such as churches and schools) are processed immediately. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
